Everything that happens inside a computer is unimportant. This is a thought that just crossed my mind and seemed true. And we’ve become very infatuated with the digital.

I’m happy to see the younger people I work with don’t seem to be too engaged with the net. I feel like the online world has lost its shine and allure a bit. The cultural fuck ups that have come out of it seem to have been recognized.

I’m reminded again that what is important is eternal. Fashion and language change constantly. Culture changes slowly. Civilization evolves. But the core human experience is just that: sharing time, life, food, experiences; supporting each other and solving problems together.
